  This Preserve is located just outside Joshua Tree National Park (west side).  The colors are         spectacular right now.  I wonder if that will change with the onset of winter.

Old Building Foundation: El Paso Mountains...

I hiked up to some mining ruins along trail EP21 for a closer look at things.  The shadow of the wall on the right side of the image intrigued me.
